Strength Training and Circuits Group Coaching
A higher intensity session designed not only to get you stronger and build muscle, but also to help improve your general fitness. Learn proper weightlifting technique whilst also challenging yourself through different styles of training.
A great alternative to 1-1 personal training.
These group coaching sessions are designed in 4 week blocks to help you to achieve the maximum amount of progress out of each program.
For any longer terms goals you may be working towards, such as weight loss of building muscle, I’d recommend at least 3 months worth of coaching for you to see a good amount of progress.
Suitable for both beginners and more advanced lifters, aged 16 and above.
