Now, let’s talk food! Start with delicious options like chestnut and mushroom paté or baked brie with cranberry jam. Choose from farm-reared lamb cooked in a rich mulled wine syrup or our vegetarian-friendly mushroom and cheddar nut roast for the main course. Sides include roasted rosemary potatoes, farm-grown brussels sprouts with chestnuts, braised red cabbage, roasted root vegetables, yorkshire puddings, and rich gravy.
