We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team at Hartcliffe City Farm as Wellbeing Lead. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about supporting adults and improving health and wellbeing through activities at the farm.
The Wellbeing Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the Health and Social Care activities at Hartcliffe City Farm (HCF). This role will develop new Health and Social Care services at HCF in response to local needs. The role includes administrative duties such as gathering data for reports, processing new referrals, and carrying out participants risk assessments.

About Hartcliffe City Farm
We are a friendly and dedicated team working to provide a welcoming community space for residents. Our beautiful 6-acre site comprises of a playful barn and café, several gardens, a farmyard with a variety of animals, a flower farm and several buildings which are used for community activities. We are a public site, open 9-4 seven days a week.
