Being a trustee means helping to shape the organisation’s future, keeping a watch that it is being run well and sharing your enthusiasm for the farm with others. You’ll be part of a team and we’ll make sure you get the training and support you need to be a great trustee, even if you’ve never done it before.
Commitment, enthusiasm, and the willingness to get involved are as important as specific skills and experience. Previous trustee experience is not required.
