A gentle Yin Yoga class focussing on breath awareness, releasing into held poses and nurturing the connection between body and mind.

This practice will be a journey of self exploration and deeper connection to the felt sense of your Body.

Join this 6 week course to help you release stress and tension, connect back to your body and slowly help you to restore health, balance & harmony.
Christmas Printmaking (Adult only)
Step into the festive spirit and join Slow Sunday for a relaxed, hands-on workshop, where you'll learn accessible, low-tech printmaking techniques to design and create your own unique greeting cards or printed Christmas wreaths.
