Bedminster Property Partnership – Directors Needed

We’re looking for Directors for the Bedminster Property Partnership, a new CIC which will get more local independent businesses, community groups and socially-trading organisations into long-term, secure and affordable premises.

We need people with skills and experience in property, community development and the management and governance of a small CIC with a big to do list and even bigger ambition. We’re after people who care about the development of Bedminster and who want to have a go at finding the elusive-but-exciting grey area between no growth and uncontrolled gentrification.

If we get it right, we’ll be laying the groundwork for a Bedminster that thrives on its own terms, with bustling high streets and vibrant civic institutions that funnel value into the people and places of BS3.
