Join Heartwood Chorus in The Garden Theatre on 28th April for a magical afternoon of songs. All of the ticket sales from this showcase are going directly to support the Windmill Hill City Farm as a community impact charity.
Heartwood Chorus is a folk choir. Made up of a mix of professional and amateur musicians, they have been wowing audiences since they got together in 2020, building a reputation on the Bristol folk scene for high quality performances. Ancient or modern, for them it’s all about the song. Heartwood sing original arrangements of traditional songs whose murky origins stretch back centuries, as well as their take on modern classics from the thriving contemporary folk scene. Sometimes with pathos, sometimes with humour and always in beautiful harmony.
For this special show, they will be singing a selection of their very favourite songs from the last 5 years.
Refreshments available at Windmill Hill City Farm Café.
