Windmill Hill City Farm is a registered charity. We aim to improve the lives of local people by connecting the community to food, farming and the environment in heart of the city.
We welcome a footfall of 120,000 visitors a year to our 4.5 acre green oasis, brimming with flowers, vegetables and wildlife. We also offer outdoor learning for school and family groups, and run volunteering sessions to improve mental health and wellbeing.
It costs £215,000 a year just to keep the farm open and care for our animals and we receive no core funding from the council.
Please donate with a one-off gift or a monthly donation and help keep this vital green space open for everyone.
If you’re thinking of donating to WHCF soon, please donate during
The Big Give 2024 campaign week

Keep up to date on everything going on at the farm.
