Best Life Dementia Day Care

Best Life provides specialist day care for older people, especially those with a cognitive impairment such as dementia. Activities include games, hobbies, arts and craft, low-impact sports, singing, chair-based exercise, guest speakers, carer respite and live music.

A 2 course hot healthy lunch is included and transport^* is available.

Tuesdays 10.30am to 2.30pm
