Seated Exercise Class for over 60s

Join us for a 6-week block of joint-friendly, gentle exercise classes designed to improve your balance, mobility and strength.

It’s low-impact with no floor work – all to fabulous that will get you moving.

Seated classes – people must be able to get themselves from their mobility aid to the chair independently. A brilliant boost for body and mind.
