Shake the Dust is a unique 50-minute movement class led by Sam every Thursday at 12:15 PM.
This transformative practice combines elements such as shaking, jumping, high-intensity movement, bodyweight training, yoga, Pilates, somatics, dance, and intuitive movement, all set to energizing music.
The class aims to enhance both physical and mental well-being, offering participants a cathartic release, a vigorous workout, and the development of a strong, resilient body.
