Join us for a nourishing two-hour gathering to honor the incredible capacity of women’s hearts—their strength, tenderness, and resilience. Through gentle somatic movement, reflection, and connection, we’ll explore the themes of self-compassion, boundaries, and the quiet wisdom of winter.
This is an opportunity to pause, rest, and reconnect with your inner self in a warm, supportive space. Guided by the felt sense of the body, we’ll move gently, sip warming teas, share a sweet treat, journal, and share insights in a circle of kindred spirits. No experience with yoga or movement practices is necessary—just come as you are, ready to listen to the rhythms of your own heart.
