Yoga to Support the Menstrual Cycle

Join this series to discover how movement can support each phase of your menstrual cycle. 

Through the tools of yoga asana (postures), somatics, free movement, yoga nidra & connection to the breath, experience how each part of the menstrual cycle can be nurtured, helping to support your menstrual health.

Each session is 1 hour.

You will spend 45mins moving your body, leaving 10-15mins to grab a cuppa, share, listen, learn, lie down and/orconnect.

You do not need experience in yoga to join.
