One third of trustees must retire by rotation at the AGM. This year Jamie Darwen and Isobel Wales will stand down. Jamie and Isobel wish to be re-elected.
One director has been co-opted in the year and must stand for election: Nick Marshall.

The meeting includes a presentation of the annual report and accounts.
Following the formal business there will be an update on current developments at the farm. There is also a chance for members to ask questions of the trustees and CEO.
