ACCESSIBILITY & VISITING

We are committed to making the farm accessible to everyone, with all public areas open, though some paths may be muddy in wet weather. Our visitor centre is staffed Monday to Friday to help with any questions about your visit. Entry to the farm is free of charge, but as a registered charity we welcome donations to support our work and keep the farm thriving as a community space for all.

Windmill Hill City Farm is a welcoming 4.5-acre green space in South Bristol, with community gardens, farm animals, play areas and picnic spots. Visitors can enjoy our award-winning café and farm shop, plus a children’s nursery and spaces to hire, including an all-weather 5-a-side football pitch. The farm is open seven days a week all year, including bank holidays, except for a short Christmas closure.
