In these sessions, we’ll explore both on-body hooping, spinning the
hoop around your waist, hips, chest and shoulders, and off-body hooping, including hand tricks, flow, transitions and playful movement. You don’t need any experience to join; we’ll start right from the beginning and build everything step by step.
You’re welcome to drop in for a single class or join for the full 6-week course.
Each class will build gently on the one before, helping you grow your
confidence, learn new tricks and start linking moves together. Coming for the full course will give you the most progression, but every session is beginner-friendly and designed so you can still join as a drop-in at any point.
