Short Courses

Wellbeing Programme

What is our Wellbeing Programme?

We run a series of 6-week wellbeing courses throughout the year. These courses are in animal care, gardening, cooking and woodwork.

What do people gain who take part in the Wellbeing Programme?

People get to spend time in a green space, meet new people, and learn new skills. It’s a great way to build confidence, work alongside others and try new things. No experience needed, just a willingness to get involved.

Who is the wellbeing programme for?

It’s for adults who live in Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire who identify as having mild to moderate mental health challenges.

How much does it cost?

These courses are free. They are funded by NHS Talking Therapies and delivered by Windmill Hill City Farm staff.
